Key Takeaways from the Secrets of Successful Syndication
Feb 13, 2025
Jana and I traveled to Dallas this past weekend to attend the Real Estate Guys™ Secrets Of Successful Syndication, which is a two-day event on Friday and Saturday, followed by our Syndication Mirroring Club quarterly meet-up held last Sunday.
Because multifamily is one of our primary interests, I mentioned some time ago that we are going to see opportunities ahead due to the number of bridge loans made when interest rates were low and prices were high due to investor appetite. We are now beginning to see that play out. Here are three key points to consider:
- Financial institutions have become much more conservative in their lending requirements and are building up reserves to handle the potential losses they may incur due to loan defaults.
- Many banks are working on creative loan modifications for some of those borrowers who are currently in trouble.

New Information to Ponder
They say a picture is worth 1000 words. Here are four slides, provided by our good friend Sep Bekam, of Bekam Investment Group, out of many that were presented by Robert Fraser, Co-Founder of Aspen Funds, regarding where things are headed regarding world trade and manufacturing:
Finally, it was an honor for Jana and I to share the stage with so many amazing people as we were interviewed by host Robert Helms regarding our new online course, “Solving The Special Needs Housing Crisis In The US.” We were thrilled at how well this was received.
As you can tell, we're excited to launch our new course, "Solving The Special Needs Housing Crisis In The US," but also committed to honoring the preferences of our Legacy Investors community.
If you prefer not to get course updates but still wish to receive our general insights and news, we pick up from the events we attend, along with news from many of the influencers we hang out with; simply unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of this email. You'll stay informed with our articles and updates but won't get course-related emails.
Thank you for your understanding and for being a part of our community. We wish you all the best in your investment journey.
Until Next Time…
