Meet the Founders

Randy and Jana bring a rare combination of real estate expertise and lived experience inside the special needs system—making them uniquely equipped to guide investors and families.

Randy holds a master’s degree from Central Washington University and spent 36 years in education, including 28 as a college professor. He is also a licensed real estate broker, investor, and fund manager. Together with Jana, he has owned and managed over 475 residential income units.

Jana also holds a master’s degree in Special Education and spent over 35 years working directly with children and young adults with a wide range of disabilities. She understands the system from the inside—the agencies, the process, and the real-life challenges families face.

Together, they bridge two worlds that rarely connect—real estate and special needs care—to create solutions that actually work.
