The Crisis – Today’s market rents make it completely un-affordable for adults with developmental or physical disabilities to team up and rent a place on their own.
Most all efforts to solve this problem have been through the creation of nonprofit organizations. The reason this model doesn’t work is because there’s only so much money. Every city in every state has a long waiting list for people who need housing. Some of these people have to wait as long as 15 to 20 years to get placement if they ever get it….
The Solution – We have designed a “for profit” model that outperforms standard monthly rental housing. This model presents a unique opportunity for real estate investors to create a portfolio as well as parents and guardians who wish to provide affordable housing for their loved ones.

MAIN STREET VS WALL STREET
What’s the difference between Main Street and Wall Street? Main Street refers to investing in real assets where Wall Street investments consist of paper assets.
Real assets are value-generating physical assets that a business and/or investor owns. They can include real estate, infrastructure, or commodities. Although they tend to be less liquid, real assets have intrinsic value and the investor tends to have greater control over the performance of the asset. We love real estate! Over the last two hundred years, approximately 90 percent of the world’s millionaires were created by investing in real estate.
Paper assets represent traditional investments such as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds which are products of the Wall Street Casinos. They lack intrinsic value and can go “poof” in a New York second. We are not fans of paper assets.
